Have I told you how wonderful my mother is? My sister, wrote a beautiful post about my Mom for Mother's Day, which was recently posted here. Each time I read this post, I get tears in my eyes because my Mom really is that great.
To give you an idea how fabulous my Mom is, she texted each of my teenage sons prior to our arrival to her house, to see if they would give me a Mother's Day pedicure...and they agreed!
Since I only have two feet, but three kids, Ryan helped his cousin, D, give his Aunt Tami, a foot rub and a manicure, while James and Bryce massaged my feel and polished and decorated my toes. I relaxed back in the recliner enjoying all of the special attention.

Wow! Did I feel like a princess!
At yoga last week, a couple of people wondered why the polish on my feet didn't match. Bryce polished my left toenails mauve, while James polished my right ones light pink. But if you look closely, all of the nails have the same blue design. When I told my fellow yogis the Mother's Day pedicure story, they would say something like, "Ahhhhhh....that sounds heavenly!"
And it was heavenly. In fact, it was SO heavenly
that it became this week's Perfect Moment Monday!

What great perfect moments you and your family had with those pedicures! How nice of your mom to suggest the idea to your kids/her grandkids. I bet it was fun to explain to the women at your yoga class.
Thank you for visiting my blog and your kind words on my PMM post today. I hope that you have a wonderful week with many more perfect moments.
Love love LOVE IT!!
How did we get so darn lucky in the Mom Department??
This is proof that the simple things really are the best. I'm so impressed that none of the 6 kids balked (as would have Tami and I!).
It was fun to watch also.
